Overview

Led complex software and digital transformation initiatives across SaaS, AI, e-commerce, healthcare, and other technology environments. The role combined technical project management, product delivery, client management, operational leadership, QA, UAT, process improvement, and executive reporting — engineering delivery and business operations owned by the same person, not handed off between two.

My responsibilities

• Managed engineering and cross-functional teams directly, as both a delivery lead and an operational owner of the business
• Translated business requirements into actionable technical requirements engineering could actually build against
• Owned roadmaps and backlogs, and ran sprint planning and coordination across development and QA
• Managed releases end to end and identified risks and dependencies before they became delivery problems
• Owned client implementations, third-party integrations, and API coordination across multiple concurrent engagements
• Drove process automation and SOP development, then reported on all of it — delivery, operations, and outcomes — at the executive level
