- Owned implementation planning and milestone tracking against the Plan → Build & Data → UAT → Go-Live → Hypercare lifecycle
- Oversaw configuration and data migration work, where accuracy matters more than speed given the regulated context
- Managed third-party integrations specific to EHR and telehealth workflows, coordinating with each vendor's own implementation team
- Coordinated UAT cycles with clinical and administrative stakeholders, then made the go/no-go call on go-live readiness
- Owned client communication and risk management through the rollout, then stayed engaged through post-go-live hypercare support
