Overview

Managed enterprise SaaS implementation work for a government technology platform, coordinating technical, implementation, client, and business stakeholders through requirements management, configuration, integrations, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support — the structured delivery process a government-technology rollout actually requires.

My responsibilities

• Owned the implementation plan and milestone schedule for the engagement, keeping technical and implementation teams aligned to it
• Gathered and managed client requirements directly, translating government-side needs into a workable implementation scope
• Tracked risks and dependencies continuously, flagging issues before they became blockers to the timeline
• Facilitated recurring stakeholder meetings and prepared project reporting for both client and internal leadership
• Coordinated QA and UAT cycles and signed off on deployment readiness before go-live
• Managed issues and escalations through go-live, then owned post-go-live support and follow-up activities
