Overview
Worked on product and permission architecture across a large microservices environment — services spanning authentication, customers, subscriptions, billing, payments, reporting, RAG, document storage, and AI agents — from a product and delivery perspective rather than writing the services themselves.
My responsibilities
- Owned RBAC and permission-model decisions for a multi-tenant platform, defining how roles, groups, and entities related to each other
- Worked with engineering to make sure permission boundaries were consistent across every service, not just the ones that touched sensitive data
- Made product-level calls on how AI-adjacent services — models, RAG, document management, agents, and tools — fit into the broader permission and multi-tenancy model
- Coordinated across service boundaries (auth, billing, payments, reporting) to keep the architecture coherent as new capabilities were added
What I built & managed
- RBAC and permission architecture across a multi-tenant platform
- User, role, group, and entity management design
- Coordination across services covering authentication, billing, payments, and reporting
- Product decisions spanning AI-adjacent services — models, RAG, document management, agents, and tools
