Enterprise Integration Program

Overview

Managed a complex enterprise integration program involving more than 10 developers alongside QA, product, and client stakeholders — the kind of technically dense, multi-team coordination that's a different discipline from managing a single website or marketing project.

My responsibilities

• Owned program-level planning and requirements management across a team of more than 10 developers
• Coordinated API integration work between internal engineering and client-side technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on contracts and timelines
• Ran sprint planning and day-to-day developer coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Coordinated QA cycles alongside development so integration issues surfaced before client-facing testing
• Actively managed risks and dependencies across a program with many interlocking moving parts
• Handled client communication and implementation oversight directly, backed by technical documentation and regular progress reporting
